The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the center and near several bus stations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi access is provided, and there is parking available on site.
One negative aspect is that the checkout time is early, making it difficult for those traveling with kids to meet the 10:30am deadline.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, being very close to several bus stations and just a short walk from shops, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. We found it easy to explore the city center using the convenient bus connections. The room itself was spacious and clean, with ample space for our belongings.

Giant room. Comfortable and spacious split-level apartment. Excellent air conditioning. Good communication and flexible check-out. Nice residential area.

Cool air in chamber upon arrival. Helpful staff. Value for money. Walkable distance to Florence, or easily accessible by bus. Found great restaurant in Piazza della Signora. Free parking and baby bed. Clean, but with a slight odor. Close to bus stop. Quiet area.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in a bohemian neighborhood just outside the city center, it is conveniently near several bus stations. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms on the ground floor are well-maintained, with good beds and a pleasant atmosphere. If you're lucky, you may even get a room on the second floor with a terrace, offering a lovely view. Don't miss the breakfast with its perfect view over the city.
